Founded in 2011 in Shenzhen, China, HPPOWER is a solar-lighting manufacturer with a purpose that reaches beyond the factory: CLEAN ENERGY FOR AFRICA.
Our main focus is solar street lighting, with all-in-one and split designs for roads, highways and communities. Solar garden and landscape lights complement the range for parks and other outdoor spaces.
Our manufacturing network spans Shenzhen, Dongguan and Zhongshan. We bring product design, manufacturing and testing together with configuration support, helping contractors, brands and regional partners turn a need into a practical supply plan.

HPPOWER’s story began in 2011. Today, the company connects manufacturing in China with local teams in Nigeria, keeping the product and the people who use it in the same conversation.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Follow nine workshop stages, from the metal housing to the completed light. These are our own production photographs, in the order of the documented assembly sequence.
The metal housing takes shape, providing the structure that brings the solar panel, battery and lighting components together.
Battery packs are inspected and prepared before installation. Energy storage is matched to the configuration agreed for the order.
Solar panels are checked and laid out for assembly, with their connection leads ready for the next stage.
The controller and its wiring are prepared for integration. This component coordinates solar charging and the light’s operating programme.
The battery pack is positioned inside the housing, bringing energy storage into the all-in-one light.
The solar panel is fitted to the light assembly, combining daytime energy collection and night-time lighting in one unit.
LEDs on the aluminium circuit board are installed as the light-emitting assembly. The photograph captures hands-on work at the assembly bench.
The lens assemblies are fitted over the LEDs, completing the optical face of the street light.
The components come together as a complete all-in-one street light. Finished units are shown on the assembly tables, including illuminated lights.
The photographs show the assembly sequence. Component selection, operating settings, checks and order documents are agreed for the specific model and project.
